She has worked at both CBS Evening News and the CBS Early Show. In 1994, she was First Deputy Press Secretary for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. ==Career== Immediately prior to working at CBS News, Ms Barnathan produced the 5pm, 6pm and 11pm broadcasts for WCBS-TV in New York City. During her early days in television, she worked at ABC News in Washington on ''Nightline'', ''World News Tonight'', ''This Week with David Brinkley'' and ''GMA''. She also spent time at Fox Television station WNYW in New York City. She won an Emmy award for contributions to the reporting of the momentous events beginning on September 11, 2001.
